Your Odoo. Your cloud. Or ours.

Run is hosting and operating Odoo in production: the database, backups, monitoring and performance.

When you need it

  • Nobody in the company can explain where Odoo runs or who looks after it.
  • Company policy requires the data to stay in your own cloud account.
  • The system slows down at month end or in peak season, and nobody knows whether it is the code or the server.
  • Nobody has tried to restore the backup.
  • Your current hosting limits what you can install, connect or change.

Platform

Run.

We run your Odoo on Odexer infrastructure, or in an environment you own: your GCP or AWS account, or another platform that suits you.

The place changes. The engineering does not. In both cases the database is looked after, and backups exist with a plan for the day they are needed. The system is monitored, and performance is not left to chance. We treat operations as part of the engineering, not as a hosting add-on.

What we do

  • Hosting on Odexer infrastructure, or operation in your GCP, AWS or other platform.
  • PostgreSQL: setup, tuning and maintenance.
  • Backups and disaster recovery.
  • Monitoring and logging.
  • Performance tuning and scaling.
  • Security hardening.
  • Day-to-day operations.

How it connects

How long the business can stand still, and how much work it can afford to repeat, are business decisions. They set how backups and recovery are designed. The areas that stop when the system stops are on the Odoo page.

Performance belongs to two layers at once. A slow screen can be a query in a custom module or a database short of resources, and we look at both. The code side is Build & customize. The queues behind integrations and the scheduled jobs run here too: Connect and Automate.

How a change arrives on the platform is Deploy. A system that is already slow or unstable is a case for Rescue.
